Mistake #4: Wasting time on hotel meetings and driving all over town meeting people.

Think about driving all over town. Doesn't this defeat the purpose of a "home-based" business.

If you have ever driven all over town picking up tabs to meet with people at your favorite coffee shop or restaurant, you'll know this is a tremendous waste of time and energy.

As a business owner you have to qualify people.

Here's what I mean. Your time and money have value and you have to spend both on the things that give you the greatest return on investment.

People have to prove to you that they are worth your time and effort. In order to do this you have to have a system that sorts out the Lookie-Lous and the Tire-kickers, leaving you with a fully qualified and targeted prospect.

In a few days I'll be covering how to use the Internet to build your business. Sorting and filtering prospects is easier when you use some proven techniques. We still have to cover four more BIG mistakes network marketers make.
